Storyline

Some time after the Civil War, a stagecoach hurtles through the wintry Wyoming landscape. Bounty hunter John Ruth and his fugitive captive Daisy Domergue race towards the town of Red Rock, where Ruth will bring Daisy to justice. Along the road, they encounter Major Marquis Warren (an infamous bounty hunter) and Chris Mannix (a man who claims to be Red Rock's new sheriff). Lost in a blizzard, the bunch seeks refuge at Minnie's Haberdashery. When they arrive they are greeted by unfamiliar faces: Bob, who claims to be taking care of the place while Minnie is gone; Oswaldo Mobray, the hangman of Red Rock; Joe Gage, a cow puncher; and confederate general Sanford Smithers. As the storm overtakes the mountainside, the eight travelers come to learn that they might not make it to Red Rock after all... Written by Jordan Crighton

Goofs

In the stage coach Jennifer Leigh's teeth are notably pristine white. Inside the "Haberdashery" the teeth have the "baked bean"/ rotten decaying appearance. They become most notable after the death of John Ruth. See more »

Crazy Credits

The roadshow version of the film opens with a faux-vintage Weinstein Company logo, in flat white-on-blue with a very 70s font along with a "Cinerama" logo. The first few credits appear in the same font as the logo's before switching to Tarantino's usual Friz Quadrata. The standard release opens with only the normal Weinstein Company logo before going directly into the sweeping Panavision shots. See more »

today's feminist and black peoples view of white men western
29 December 2015 | by See all my reviews

this is a today's Hollywood western the skinny girl is tougher than all the men and the black man although held down by the evil white man pushes through because of course hes smarter and stronger then everyone else.. last Hollywood western the black man killed like 40 white men single handed and whipped the white men to death this Hollywood western the Black man makes the white man suck his dick and shows it in the movie! Could you imagine if these rolls were reversed? i wonder what would happen ? there would be a huge out cry from the media there would be a huge outcry from the black population but if movies today make white men look terrible no ones suppose to say anything of course because 1.4% of rich white people 150 years ago owned slaves so we have to put up with this today small measure to pay right? is anyone else getting tired of this crap?
